Description
The Street Outreach Program (SOP) provides street-based services to runaway, homeless, and street youth who have been subjected to, or are at risk of being subjected to, sexual abuse, prostitution, sexual exploitation, and severe forms of human trafficking in persons.
Note: The Family and Youth Services Bureau (FYSB) has shared additional FY26 SOP Application Limits. See the current guidance on SOP NOFO p. 7.

FY25 Maternity Group Homes

These applicants are eligible to apply for FY26 SOP funding, if they propose providing services:

To a new population of youth, or
-
In a new geographic/service location
